This game save is for the PC version of Metal Gear Solid (MGS Integral). To load, place the file in the "SavedGames" folder in the directory of which you installed MGS. Then Start up MGSI.exe (The Game) And it will be there in the load game screen. It has been completed once, and stealth has been unlocked.
